ENQUIRING INTO PRIESTHOOD EVENINGS
The enquiry evenings are open to all single practicing Catholic adults (18 ) who would like to find out more about the vocation to the priesthood. Each evening will follow the following format.
7pm adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
8pm refreshments
8.30pm talk
9.30pm night prayer
The following evenings have been arranged for 2007/08
Tuesday 19th February at St Pancras, Lewes
Speaker: Fr Sean Finnegan; Parish Priest at Adur Valley parish in West Sussex and lecturer at St John's Seminary. Fr Sean will speak on the 'Mission of the Catholic Church in England."
Friday 14th March at St Josephs Epsom
Speaker: Fr Rob Esdaile. Parish Priest in Thames Ditton and is the priest adviser for adult formation in our diocese. By chance Rob was baptised in the old St Joseph's church in Epsom!
Wednesday 11th June at St Joseph’s Guildford
Speaker: Fr Tom Treherne; Parish Priest of Christ the Prince of Peace Church in Weybridge and adviser to the diocesan Marriage and Family Life department.
Tuesday 8th July; at Sacred Heart, Hove
