- Please phone to check availability and make a provisional reservation. You are asked to confirm this by sending us a completed Booking Form and non-returnable full payment (for stays of two days or less) or non-returnable 20% deposit (longer residential stays) within eight days. - Bookings for the House and the Huts are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights. (Regrettably, shorter stays are unviable.)
- An experienced individual retreat or spiritual guide can usually be provided, at cost, if sufficient notice is given.
- If the charge is well within your means, you may like to consider making a donation to our Bursary Fund to help those who are financially least able, and often most in need of a break, to stay at St Cuthman's. If the cost of a stay is beyond your means and a bursary would help, please contact us.
- Acknowledgement and confirmation of bookings will be made on receipt of a completed Booking Form together with full payment or non-refundable deposit (as above). Cheques should be made out to the RCD of A & B
- The balance may be paid by cash, cheque, or, with an added processing charge, credit card (Mastercard/Visa)
- Cancellation: Should a confirmed booking be cancelled, the person making the booking (including on behalf of others) is responsible for payment. We reserve the right to charge in full. (For further details please refer to the Booking Form.) Insurance against cancellation is advisable.

Gift Vouchers, for partial or full payment of the cost of a stay, are available from the bookings secretary. An ideal gift for a partner, carer, or priestly and religious jubilees. Information on Gift Vouchers.
