Rosary on the Coast - Message of Support from Bishop Richard
Bishop Richard Moth has offered his wholehearted support for Rosary on the Coast which is take place this Sunday 29th April at 3pm in some 19 locations across the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton.
Bishop Richard said: "As Bishop of a Diocese with a coastline as part of it I have been very happy to call on clergy and parishes to support this initiative and join our coastal parishes in praying the rosary at 3pm on Sunday 29 April. I will not personally be able to join any of the groups but will join in prayer that day in asking the intercession of our Diocesan Patron, the Virgin Mary Assumed into Heaven, on behalf of the people of the United Kingdom that we may more deeply value the God-given dignity of each person and the essential worth of each human life."
People from all over the Diocese, Catholics and non-Catholics alike, are encouraged to join one of the 19 locations on the coast to participate in this time of prayer for our country.
