Lent 2012 - Communion with Christ

In addition each week has a reflection based on the overall theme of Communion with Christ and related to parts of the Mass. This connection has been made in order to tie in with the International Eucharistic Congress which will take place in Dublin, Ireland, June 10th-17th 2012. St. Cuthman’s Retreat Centre

The Retreat CentreOur diocesan retreat centre at Coolham, near Horsham, is open to individuals and groups of all denominations and of none. Simple Chapel, Morning and Evening Prayer, with Mass most days. Well stocked Library, silent and non-silent options - including for dining. 20 acres of beautiful grounds, plus a 5 acre lake with views to the South Downs.

Main house– 8 single and 8 twin rooms, all en-suite – minimum stay 2 nights. For individuals, couples and groups.

‘Quiet Days’ for individuals – spend a day in the House, Chapel and grounds.
Includes a two-course lunch and refreshments.

Group use – popular with parish, diocesan and other groups with a maximum 24 (if some rooms shared) – minimum stay 2 nights. For all denominations.

The Garden Rooms– for non-residential group meetings, ‘away days’, ‘INSET’ and workshops – max 18 people. Located in our orchard, with catering options, easy parking and disabled access.

St Cuthman’s ‘Reflection Days’and special events – led retreat days for individuals in our Garden Rooms.
